Botox is a purified protein called botulinum toxin type A, injected into the muscle in very small doses. It temporarily reduces the signal between nerve and muscle, preventing excessive contraction — so expression lines soften.
Botulinum toxin has been used in medicine for over 30 years and is one of the most studied molecules available. Applied by a specialist physician, with original product and correct dosing, its safety profile is excellent. All products used in our clinic are Ministry of Health approved and verified by data-matrix code.
On average 4–6 months, depending on the area and dose. For masseter and sweating treatments it can extend to 6–9 months. With regular repetition the muscle weakens, so the effect often lasts longer over time.
It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for patients with neuromuscular disorders (such as myasthenia gravis or ALS), for those with an active infection at the injection site, or with an allergy to the product components. A detailed medical history is taken at the examination.
The same day. Small red bumps disappear within 20–30 minutes. You only need to avoid lying down for the first 4 hours and exercise for the first 24 hours.
The price depends on the number of units used and the number of areas treated. Your muscle strength is measured during the free consultation and an exact price is confirmed in writing. Review and touch-up are always included.
Our international patient unit works in English and German. We make a preliminary assessment from your photographs and share the treatment plan and price in advance. A three-day programme is usually enough for treatment and review; we assist with airport transfer and hotel booking.
Not in any medical sense. When the effect fades, the skin returns to its pre-treatment state. Wanting to repeat the treatment reflects satisfaction with the result, not physiological dependence.

Facial Botox
The needles used are thinner than insulin needles. Most patients describe only a mild ant-bite sensation. Topical anaesthetic cream is available on request.
Correctly dosed botox does not stop movement completely. Our conservative dosing approach preserves your expression and only softens the lines.
No. As the effect fades the muscle regains its former strength and the skin returns to its pre-treatment state — it never looks worse.
Baby Botox
The difference lies in dose and distribution. Baby Botox spreads a lower dose across more points. The result is more natural, and the effect lasts on average 1–2 months less.
Usually after the age of 25, once expression lines start to remain visible at rest. The decision is based on your skin, not your age.
For deep, established lines it may not be sufficient on its own. In that case your physician will recommend a classic dose or a combined plan.
Forehead Line Botox
With correct planning it does not. The dose is delivered only to the line-forming area, leaving the brow-elevating fibres untouched.
Yes, although if your frown muscles are strong, treating the forehead alone may unbalance the area. Your physician will assess this during the examination.
The first effect is felt on day 3, with the full result appearing between days 10 and 14.
Crow’s Feet Botox
No. Only the superficial fibres that create the lines are treated; your smile remains your own.
The area is rich in small vessels, so minor bruises can occasionally appear and resolve within 3–5 days. Blood thinners taken beforehand increase this risk.
Yes. For static lines that remain visible at rest, botox combined with a skin booster gives a better result.
Brow Lift Botox
On average 2–4 mm, varying between individuals depending on muscle strength and skin elasticity.
Mild asymmetries can largely be balanced by planning the dose asymmetrically.
In advanced cases with significant skin laxity, surgery is required. For early to moderate drooping, botox is an effective alternative.
Gummy Smile Botox
The dose is very small and highly targeted. Applied correctly, only the excessive lift of the lip is limited and the smile stays natural.
A mild feeling of tightness may occur in the first few days; speech and eating are not affected.
Skeletal causes may require orthodontics or surgery. Where the cause is muscular, botox is the most practical solution.
